Luvhomba Mining, mainly constituted for the purpose of project feasibility studies and development, mining, rehabilitation and earth moving is involved in the following deals :-
- Owns 20% of Kendal Mine (formerly Ferret Coal), 74 % of which is owned by Homeland Energy & Mining South Africa, a subsidiary of Homeland Energy Group a Toronto-listed entity, based in Toronto, Canada and Virgin Islands. 6% is owned by Londolani Mining.
- Acquisition of a controlling stake of other coal mines in Mpumalanga, South Africa.
- Luvhomba Mining is also expanding operations to cover diamonds, industrial minerals and other precious minerals, in both South Africa, Senegal & the Republic of Guinea.
Luvhomba Mining, Mushathoni Coal Development and SS Minerals, a subsidiary of Minmet International Resources of India have partnered in a coal mine development in South Africa.
- Luvhomba Mining and Double Ring have partnered in a coal mine development in Limpopo, South Africa.
